This Spumante Millesimato is produced with an accurate selection of the best grapes of Chardonnay and Vernaccia from the vineyards at Casale and some Pinot Noir. After a first fermentation it ferments in the bottle where it further completes it's refining for several months. The prolonged contact with the yeasts gives to this spumante particular characteristics. It is a Classic Spumante, produced in small quantities.
